On anyone getting sick from the Signature Select brand! Well,I've had 2 cans since October....I thought the first can was just bad or something. Tried Maxwell House a few weeks ago and started getting daily long term headaches. Several weeks ago, I started up w/ coffee again, one cup mid-morning only on the weekends (after a full breakfast). All of a sudden I can't make a decent cup of coffee so I googled and found out neither can anyone else using MH. I don't know if they've gone stale, the seals were intact. I'm a person who has drank 3 cups of coffee a day with no ill effects, but one glass of MH and I'm getting extreme coffee jitters.
